The celebrities involved in this show are La Toya Jackson, Jack Osborne, Erik Estrada, Jackass skateboarder Tom “Wee Man” Foreman and WWE star Trish Stratus.
They have all been have all been cleared to carry badges, guns and enforce the law as reserve police officers in Muncie, Indiana.
The fivesome were sworn in to the Muncie police force Tuesday to start their CBS unscripted reality show.
They are likely to be paired with other officers and hit the beat for the next month. And according to Muncie Police Chief Joseph Winkle, the police business isn’t just for show.
Each of the stars were required to pass the standard entrance test for the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy, which demands that all new recruits be able to run a mile and a half in 16 minutes, complete 30 sit-ups in one minute and 25 push-ups in a row and also learn to handle a gun.
Production on Armed & Famous is expected to last one month. CBS has yet to announce an airdate for the series.

Not Wee Man’s real name. Tom Forman is the producer. It is amazing how one media outlet gets something wrong and other outlets, like lemmings, follow without any fact checking.
this show is f***** stupid ecspecialy if you are a resident of muncie indiana i say this show should not be aired because muncie has been tring to lower crime rates and this show will only inflate them

This show is an embarassment to the entire state of Indiana! So far, all i’ve seen is white trash, which i realize there’s a lot of…but c’mon!! Could you please show someone a full set of teeth?!?! We don’t want the world to see ALL of our white trash!
